Job Details: Job Location: San Jose Baekjeong - Santa Clara, CA, Salary Range: $18.20 - $18.20Hourly, Job Category: Restaurant - Food Service, JOB SUMMARY The right candidate will be passionate about food, drinks, and service and thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our customers. The ideal bartender will have a friendly, outgoing disposition and previous experience working as a Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant setting. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Greet customers Verify identification and age requirements of customers Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages Mix traditional and creative cocktails Process payment from customers Salesmanship and making suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences Build a rapport with customers to create a positive atmosphere Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude Patience and customer-oriented approach Attention to cleanliness and safety Sanitize chairs and bar Other duties as assigned EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High School/GED or higher education preferred Bartender experience needed Basic knowledge of a wide variety of alcohol preferred Strong customer service operations skills preferred Superior skills in interaction with customers preferred  SKILLS & ABILITIES The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
