The Home Health LPN will monitor resident medical conditions and expend the necessary resources to achieve the highest level of health status and functional capability. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED, a current LPN license in the state of Kansas and at least six months of experience and/or training. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, empathy and the ability to listen, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
