Job Details: Job Location: Wine Garden - Fort Lauderdale, FL, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $55000.00 - $60000.00Salary/year, Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities Ensure all food dishes/Catering adhere to company standards and expectations Oversee purchasing for all Food Menu items Close the kitchen correctly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations Ensure all storage areas are tidy and all products are stored appropriately Price menu items in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager Assists the General Manager with the recruiting and hiring of Kitchen Crew and Utility Staff.
