Job Details: Job Location: CVL - Clintonville, WI, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Develops robotic programs for forge lines and machine tending Participates in cross-functional teams to identify, address and resolve problems associated with automated manufacturing Develops PLC programs for automated processes Communicates with other departments in order to determine and support their engineering needs Identifies areas to improve automated design, reduce cost and better manufacturing processes Aids in the development of project cost estimates Work with electrical department to coordinate projects that involve wiring, power supply and installation Act as a technical resource for automation projects Initiate purchase order requests Uses AutoCad Electrical to design and blueprint circuits, PLC layouts and cellular wiring packs Serves as internal trainer for employee/robot interface Keep up to date on new developments in the field of engineering and automation Responsible for the research, support, & development of new and improved product and processes.
