Job Details: Job Location: CVL - Clintonville, WI, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Machine forgings to print with associated tolerances Limited understanding of robot interface Perform visual inspection of forging prior to machining Inspect product for quality using various measuring tools Set-up tooling in machine Routine maintenance of CNC machines; check oil levels, coolant levels and concentration, change filters and monitor overall machine performance Empty chip bins when necessary Keep machine and work area neat, clean and organized Maintain required quantity and quality levels Follow all safety regulations Operate Company computer system Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
