Hank’s promotes our store management exclusively from the sales floor and our store managers can earn upwards of 150k+ a year.  A great attitude, the ability to be a team player and working on Saturdays are all non-negotiable requirements for our sales people.   Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and ascertain their furniture needs. Guide customers through our showroom, showcasing our extensive furniture selection. Provide expert advice on furniture features, materials, and benefits. Answer questions regarding pricing, availability, and product specifications. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling payments and financing options. Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and company policies. Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
