This role serves as the key link between the sales team, warehouse, delivery drivers, and customers—ensuring a smooth process from purchase to final delivery and setup. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate daily delivery routes, ensuring optimal efficiency and on-time performance. Communicate with customers to confirm delivery dates, time windows, and any special instructions. Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are properly prepared, loaded, and documented. Operate forklifts and order pickers safely and efficiently to assist with loading, unloading, and organizing inventory. Monitor deliveries in progress and resolve any issues such as delays, damages, or incomplete orders. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, service requests, and inventory movement. Support the sales and operations teams with scheduling, inventory checks, and product availability updates.
