In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, supporting our chefs, and ensuring smooth operations during meal service. Key Responsibilities: - Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. - Clean and sanitize work areas, including sinks and countertops. - Sweep and mop floors as needed. - Assist in trash runs and general cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. - Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed. - Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment. - Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to keep up with the demands of service.
