The Job: Assemble the ingredients and get them ready for the line while following recipes and adhering to Snarf’s standards Trainable or skilled in backroom restaurant etiquette, use of power prep equipment including deli slicers and immersion blenders, knife safety, food safety   Logging prepped ingredients in ledger Keep all work spaces clean and organized Maintain dining room cleanliness throughout High level of customer service, teamwork, and safety Flexible Schedule with a minimum of 14 hours (two shifts) availability including weekends and holidays (closed Christmas and Thanksgiving) Ability to lift 40 pounds Located in Englewood, CO The Fun Stuff: No mopping floors!
