Senior Home Health/Hospice Sales Executive The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing business opportunities, driving sales initiatives, and developing strategies to enhance our brand presence. Position Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive sales. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales and marketing strategies. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. • Track and report on sales performance metrics. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred, but not required. • Must have recent home health or hospice sales experience in the area. • Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community. • Knowledge of corporate business management. • Demonstrates good communications skills, negotiation skills, and public relations skills. • Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
