Responsibilities: Sales Administration - Perform standard administrative tasks such as handling emails, entering data, and processing orders or requests in applicable systems. Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures to support smooth and efficient sales administration. Escalate any non-routine or unclear issues to more experienced colleagues or supervisors to ensure accuracy and continuity. Customer & Internal Support - Respond to basic customer and internal stakeholder queries by providing routine information, referring more complex issues to others. Serve as point of contact on day-to-day questions, ensuring high-quality service in line with procedures. Refer more complex or atypical questions to appropriate colleagues, ensuring timely and correct handling in line with escalation procedures. Data Entry & Documentation - Perform repetitive administrative duties with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Review, register, and adjust data according to agreed procedures and rules to ensure accuracy and completeness of sales-related information in the systems following standard procedures. Work Scheduling & Allocation - Organize own daily work based on established priorities and instructions, ensuring timely execution of tasks under supervision. Process Adherence & Process Improvement - Carry out tasks in line with defined procedures and standards. Signal bottlenecks or inefficiencies in routine activities and suggest improvements to streamline processes. Reporting - Provide input for standard reports by gathering and sharing relevant data from daily commercial administration tasks, following established formats and reporting guidelines. Ensure accuracy and completeness of the information to support internal monitoring and decision-making.
