Summary Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice, must be able to sit in our Chicago, IL office. The Pre-Suit Litigation Attorney will handle motor vehicle accident cases in pre-litigation. IL Bar required. Responsibilities • Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work • Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval • Guide clients through the case process • Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents • Complete TD approval for liability issues • Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages • Manage the release approval process • Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers • Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily premises. • Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team • EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements Requirements • Law degree from a fully accredited law school • An active member in good standing with the IL State Bar Association • 2+ years of personal injury experience • Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases • Excellent client service and communication skills • Strong leadership skills • Self-starter driven by long-term career goals • Superior writing and oral advocacy skills #LI-CB2 Benefits Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
