We are looking for a proactive, people-focused Center Supervisor to oversee daily center operations, support our teams, and help deliver a positive experience for the families we serve. Position: Multicenter Manager Locations: Antioch, Richmond & Walnut Creek Schedule: Full-Time Setting: In-Center What You'll Do • Oversee daily center operations, staffing coordination, and service readiness. • Monitor center capacity, schedules, cancellations, and operational KPIs. • Support staff accountability, onboarding, and performance. • Collaborate with Clinical Operations, HR, and Scheduling to maintain service continuity. • Identify operational challenges and implement improvements. • Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and compliant environment.
