Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Change and service filters, oil & grease bearings and perform belt adjustment and replacement services. • Cooling tower and condenser maintenance – coils, evaporators and tubes • Clean and perform routine maintenance as required • Perform indoor air quality related maintenance including but not limited to the cleaning of duct systems and drain pans. • General housekeeping tasks that are required by the customer to operate mechanical equipment. Geographic Disclosure Compensation Range: $17.30 per hour The hourly rate is determined by the CBA/rate sheet and test results.
