Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Security & Transportation Supervisor position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the community's security and transportation operations, ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents, team members, and visitors. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Partners closely with community leadership to align security and transportation initiatives with organizational goals. Fosters a culture of safety, accountability, and professionalism while maintaining the highest standards of resident satisfaction and operational excellence. Requirements The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in security, law enforcement, emergency services, transportation, or a related field • Minimum of one year of passenger or commercial driving experience (preferred) • Prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred • Must possess and maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class B or higher) with passenger endorsement (or obtain within six months of employment) • Must possess and maintain current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (or obtain within three months of employment) Team members are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that may include: • Medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance • Life insurance and disability programs • Flexible spending accounts • Next-day pay through PayActiv • 401(k) with 4% company match • Paid time off and holidays • Commuter benefits • And much more!
