Currently hiring skilled TIG Welders for long-term industrial projects. As a TIG welder you will perform TIG welding on carbon steel and stainless-steel pipe systems from 4-6 inches and upwards to 24 inches. Candidates should have recent proven TIG welding experience, experience welding carbon steel and stainless-steel pipe, and the ability to weld pipe systems up to 24 inches. All candidates are required to successfully pass a 6G welding test. Pay: $28 to $35, depending on experience Shift: 1st shift, 40-45 hours a week TIG Welder Job Responsibilities • Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel piping systems • Weld pipe systems up to 24” • Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols • Inspect welds for quality and compliance with project standards • Maintain clean and safe work areas • Follow OSHA and site-specific safety procedures TIG Welder Requirements • Proven experience as a TIG welder in industrial environments • Minimum of 5 years of recent TIG welding experience • Ability to pass a 6G weld test • Experience welding carbon steel and stainless-steel pipe • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance • Strong attention to detail and weld quality • Ability to travel to jobsites in Memphis and surrounding areas.
