In this vital, leadership-on-the-floor role, you will do more than deliver exceptional service—you will serve as a mentor and guide for our serving staff. Working alongside our management team, you will help train new hires, support your peers during busy rushes, and foster a positive team culture where everyone can thrive. What You’ll Do: • Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, attentive service throughout their dining experience. • Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all requests are met to guest satisfaction. • Assist in training and mentoring new servers on procedures and service standards. • Address guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary. • Monitor the dining area to ensure smooth service and address disruptions or issues. • Coordinate with the kitchen and staff to deliver food and beverages efficiently. • Maintain thorough menu knowledge to answer guest questions and provide recommendations. • Ensure tables are cleared and reset quickly, maintaining cleanliness and organization. • Support opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning dining areas. What You’ll Need: • High school diploma or equivalent. • At least 2 years of restaurant serving experience. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Leadership abilities with experience in mentoring or training others. • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
