Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities • Perform full cycle recruiting to support staffing all levels of our growing warehouse operation, from entry-level roles to technical, high-level roles. • Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates through job boards, social media and networking relationships. • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop recruitment plans and build pipelines for critical roles. • Deliver a legendary candidate experience throughout the interview process that reflects Uline’s culture and values. • Expand Uline’s talent network by building relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other organizations. Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field. • 3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience. • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment a plus. • Ability to travel to job fairs, recruitment events and field locations. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence hiring leaders, candidates and partners at all levels.
