Tax Season Intern Location: Centerville, OH Employment Type: Seasonal / Internship Schedule: Part-Time/Flexible, 1/4/2027 - 4/15/2027 About the Position We are seeking dependable and organized Tax Season Interns to support our team during the busy tax season. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or aspiring business or accounting professional to gain hands-on experience in a professional tax and wealth advisory environment. The intern will assist with administrative tasks, client documentation, data entry, document organization, and general office support while helping our team maintain an efficient workflow throughout tax season. Responsibilities • Organize, scan, copy, and electronically file tax documents and client records • Assist with assembling and preparing tax return workpapers • Enter and maintain client information accurately in office systems • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems • Support tax professionals with administrative tasks during peak season • Handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion • Perform other office and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications • Currently enrolled in college, preferably studying Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office • Ability to learn new software and office systems quickly • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality • Ability to work independently while also supporting a team What You'll Gain • Practical exposure to the tax preparation process • Experience working in a professional tax and wealth advisory environment • Opportunities to develop administrative, organizational, and client-service skills • Exposure to tax software and office procedures • Valuable experience for students pursuing careers in business, accounting, or finance Schedule This is a seasonal position designed to provide additional administrative support during tax season.
