What We're Looking For • At least 1 year of apartment industry experience preferred • Section 42 Tax Credit experience preferred • Strong customer service, sales, hospitality, or leasing background • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong attention to detail • A desire to learn, grow, and build a career in property management • A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Don't have experience in every area?
