We have amazing patients and looking for someone who wants to contribute to the local community. Our primary clinical focus are cosmetics, implants, oral surgery and orthodontics. Flexible Schedule: Office is open Monday - Friday (9am-6pm) Compensation: $850 per day of up to 35% of Collections What We Offer: • Daily Guarantee for 90 days or Percent of Collections • Monthly Incentives • Full clinical autonomy • A highly experienced and supportive team • A patient-first philosophy and strong community reputation • CE and advanced training opportunities • Clear pathways for clinical and leadership growth Responsibilities: • Comprehensive general dentistry • Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning abilities • Restorative dentistry, including fillings, crowns, and bridges • Simple and surgical extractions • Endodontic procedures/root canal therapy • Implant restoration; implant placement experience preferred • Invisalign/clear aligner experience preferred • Ability to diagnose and treat periodontal conditions collaboratively with hygiene • Strong case presentation and treatment acceptance skills • Ability to educate patients and clearly communicate treatment recommendations • Efficient clinical time management and ability to maintain a productive schedule • Strong leadership and team collaboration • Commitment to clinical quality and an exceptional patient experience • Comfortable utilizing dental technology, including digital radiography, intraoral scanning, and AI-supported diagnostic tools Qualifications: • DDS/DMD from an accredited program • Active Florida dental license • Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience (GPR preferred) • Advanced skills in general dentistry procedures • Proficiency in Open Dental or similar dental software • Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication abilities • Team-oriented with a commitment to patient care and privacy (HIPAA compliance) If you are a motivated dentist looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity where you can make a lasting impact, we’d love to hear from you.
