Care Manager Caring Senior Service of Galesburg Location: Galesburg, IL Salary: $36,000 annually | Full-Time | Bi-Weekly Pay Caring Senior Service of Galesburg is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Care Manager to join our growing team. Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience required. • Experience in home care, senior care, healthcare, staffing, or case management preferred • Leadership, scheduling, recruiting, or caregiver management experience highly preferred. • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Valid Illinois driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. • Ability to pass all required background screenings.
