Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.05 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:30 AMThur10:00 PM - 06:30 AMFri10:00 PM - 06:30 AMSat10:00 PM - 06:30 AMSun10:00 PM - 06:30 AM What You'll Do: • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. • Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking facilities, building perimeters, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity. • Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site policies, reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns. • Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for incidents, patrols, and security-related observations. Minimum Requirements: • A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. • Customer service experience is preferred. • CPR certification is preferred. • Alarm panel experience is preferred. • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
