Overview FULL TIME REGISTERED NURSES NEEDED • 12-hour shifts available. • 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am Benefits of joining the NPH RN team: • New hourly rates between $40 - $48 per hour based on experience • $5 per hour night shift differential, $7 weekend day shift(Sat and Sun) and $10 weekend night shift diff • Front end or back end schedule: Sun, Mon, Tue and every other Wed OR Thur, Fri, Sat and every other Wed • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • NPH 401(k) plan with up to 4% Company match • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Programs • Generous PTO and Time Off Policy • Tuition discount opportunities through Capella University • Employee Discounts through LifeMart Responsibilities The RN functions under general supervision and direction of the Director of Nursing: • Plans, directs, evaluates and documents all aspects of patient care, in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy and hospital values and philosophy. • Assesses the needs of patients and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care. • Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care. Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units. • Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel. Qualifications Education: Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing License: Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the state of Arizona Experience: One year of mental, behavioral, med-surg, critical care, ER nursing experience preferred.ZR
