Overview Position: Physical Therapy Technician Location: Taylorsville, KY Type of Employment: Parttime Schedule: Weekdays (Vaires)Compensation: $10/hour (pending experience) Are you passionate about helping patients on their rehabilitation journey? In this role, you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations. PRN / Part-time positions are eligible for 401k based on reaching 1,000 hours within their first anniversary or subsequent calendar year. Responsibilities • Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions • Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment • Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.) • Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment Qualifications Minimum Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science/Health Sciences • CPR certification • First aid certification • Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center Additional Data Go Anywhere with Us! 1900 centers in 39 states offering internal movement.Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans.
