Responsibilities: • Conducts initial assessments. • Provide Mental health counseling to individuals, groups, and families • Provides crisis intervention as needed. • Assures maintenance of all case files and other records in strict compliance with policy and Joint Commission regulations. • Coordinates treatment planning. • Additional duties as required to successfully perform within the scope of this role. • Effectively communicates with team.
