Clinical Manager – Pediatric and Adult Home Care BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Manager to lead our pediatric home care team in Erie, PA. As a Clinical Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and support to our field staff while ensuring our pediatric clients receive exceptional, high-quality care. Highlights • Erie, PA • Monday through Friday hybrid opportunity • After successful completion of training, you will have the opportunity to work from home one day a week • Paid weekly • Comprehensive benefits package • Career advancement and growth opportunities • Leadership role with meaningful impact on pediatric clients and families • Supportive, collaborative team environment As a Clinical Manager, your day may look like this: • Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of nurses to provide exceptional pediatric and adult care. • Visit pediatric clients throughout Erie, PA and surrounding areas to conduct assessments and provide clinical oversight. • Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation. • Supervise and support nursing staff in the field. • Provide ongoing clinical guidance, coaching, and support to field nurses. • Facilitate orientation for newly hired nurses. • Participate in training, education, and in-services for field staff. • Monitor clinical performance, quality of care, and compliance with established standards. • Collaborate with clients, families, physicians, and other members of the care team to promote positive outcomes. • Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for pediatric clients and their families. If you’re a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills, this could be the opportunity for you! • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania. • 2 years of experience as an RN, flexible if candidate was an LPN prior. • Pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred. • Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning. • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
