Clinical Manager Designee, RN Specialty: Private Duty Nursing / Skilled Home Care Schedule: Full-Time Lead with Confidence We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team as a Clinical Manager Designee. In this role, you'll support your own clients at home, support new nurses in office, and support the Clinical Leadership Team throughout the Springfield and Southwest area of MIssouri. Must be willing to travel and accommodate visits early morning or late night at times. • Lead nurse orientation, clinical skills assessments, competency evaluations, staff development, and documentation reviews • Coordinate physician communication and follow-ups • Participate in additional training and professional development Minimum Qualifications: • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, documented by a school transcript or diploma. • A current, active nursing license in good standing in Missouri • Experience working with medically fragile Infants, Pediatrics, and Adults • Ability to work independently while collaborating with clinical leadership The Stand-Out Candidate Has: • Nursing supervision or clinical leadership expertise • Fluency in electronic medical records and patient reassessments • Previous experience with hands-on tracheostomy & ventilator care Apply today and take the next step in your nursing career!
