Tools That Make a Difference • Sidekick AI documentation assistant to help reduce charting time. • A strong Equity & Engagement commitment — every team member’s voice matters. $25 - $32 / hour Responsibilities What You’ll Do • Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. • Treat patients, address questions, and educate them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies. • Supervise Techs during modalities (for all federal payers and non-BCBSM patients) and assist with setup and cleanup. • Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges. • Maintain productivity expectations (60 treatments in a 40 hour week in an outpatient ortho setting). • Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols. • Participate in clinic research studies. • Continue to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework. Qualifications What We’re Looking For • Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant. • Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain). • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. • Passion for patient care and measurable outcomes. • Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
