Qualifications • Active and unencumbered Maryland LPN license in good standing • BLS Certification (current and valid) • Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care • Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
