Qualifications • Maryland GNA license required • BLS certification required • Compassionate, patient-focused personality • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Experience in long-term care or rehab preferred but not required • Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
