Supervisors manage their unit in accordance with policy / procedure and assumes direct responsibility and accountability for the delivery of patient care on that unit. Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland • Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living required • Prior nurse supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills • Commitment to compassionate, high-quality resident care • Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
