While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Lenoir City office. Job Snapshot Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2) Compensation: $60,000-$200,000+ annually Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission Training: Paid Training Provided Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments Travel: Local travel throughout the Knoxville market Experience: No roofing experience required What You’ll Do As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll help homeowners protect one of their biggest investments by identifying exterior restoration needs and providing professional solutions. Responsibilities • Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory. • Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement. • Schedule and conduct residential property inspections. • Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology. • Prepare project estimates and scopes of work. • Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims. • Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. • Maintain communication with customers throughout the project. • Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
