The Performance Carbon business of Morgan Advanced Materials makes high-performance self-lubricating bearing and seal components, predominantly used in pumps, industrial and domestic, or other sealing applications. Listed on London Stock Exchange; Member of the FTSE 250 Index. Responsibilities Major responsibilities are to perform various cleaning duties throughout a manufacturing plant. Areas cleaned by this position include restrooms, showers, locker rooms, cafeterias, breakrooms and training rooms. The maintenance janitor operates powered equipment to perform cleaning functions (floor scrubber) and move refuse containers inside/outside of the facility (fork lift). The role also empties scrap hoppers and dust collection systems regularly. Physical requirements include lifting, squatting, reaching, climbing, twisting/turning, pushing/pulling, and walking. Qualifications Candidates must be a US Person, defined as an individual that is a: • Citizen of the United States, or • Permanent resident alien of the United States, or • Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) as defined by 22CFR120.15 High School diploma or GED required.
