Employment Type: Full time Shift: Night Shift Description: 3 Lacks at Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital is a 32‑bed, all‑private‑room acute care unit specializing in geriatric patients (65+). This high‑acuity, adaptable care environment unit manages telemetry, cardiac drips, high‑flow oxygen, BiPAP, and advanced therapies. Nurses care for patients with rapidly changing conditions, using advanced assessment and strong clinical judgment. 3 Lacks follows a nurse‑directed, team‑based care model with RNs, LPNs, Nurse Externs, PCAs, and Virtual RNs. A Registered Nurse, RN is expected to facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience.
