Overview As a Recruiter, you will assist Service Centers in the recruitment, hiring, training and onboarding of quality candidates. Responsibilities • Willingness to travel to various Service Centers, Career Fairs, School or Club presentations, and hiring events • Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager to align recruiting strategies to meet goals • Develop and source a strong pipeline of candidates using a variety of methods including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, search agencies, etc • Reviewing applications for candidates at various levels • Recruiting hourly employees and Interns • Interviewing applicants both in-person and virtually • Setting up interviews for Hiring Managers • Following up with candidates during the interview process • Advancing candidates through the Interview and Hiring Process in applicant tracking system • Creating Training Schedule for new employees • Assisting new hires with on-boarding and orientation at the Service Center level • Training new Service Center employees • Maintaining communication with Service Center leadership on staffing needs • Other duties as assigned Qualifications • Detail Oriented • Ability to multitask • Team player with a positive attitude • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel • Experience conducting interviews and reviewing applications is a plus • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Previous HR/Recruiting experience is a plus Benefits • Stable and growing organization • Competitive weekly pay • Quick advancement • Professional, positive, and people-centered work environment • Modern facilities • Comprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D, 401(k), etc. • Paid holidays (8); paid vacation and personal days HR, HR Specialist, human resources, human resources specialist, training, trucking, LTL, transportation, family, culture, employee relations, education
