Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) – Part-Time Home-Based ABA in Spokane, WA Pay: $25.00–$28.00 per hour Join Our Mission at Empower Behavior Solutions! Empower Behavior Solutions is growing, and we're looking for compassionate, motivated Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to join our team! We provide high-quality ABA services designed to help children build meaningful skills, increase independence, and reach their full potential. This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings. We do not provide clinic-based services. Current Opportunity We're currently seeking a Certified Behavior Technician to provide services in Spokane for an 13 year-old client. • Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week. Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align • Setting: Home • Days/Times: M-F After 3 PM • Preferred Candidate: Experienced Male CBT requested by family • Pay: $25.00–$28.00/hour Please note: Any family preferences listed above are based solely on client requests and are considered only where legally appropriate. What You'll Get • $25.00–$28.00/hour for in-person services • Opportunities for additional cases as they become available • Future opportunities for hybrid and virtual services • Flexible scheduling • Ongoing supervision and support from experienced BCBAs • Professional development opportunities • RBT supervision and certification support • A collaborative, mission-driven team • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families What You'll Do • Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs • Deliver services in the client's home and/or school • Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session • Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians • Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment • Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality What You'll Need Required • Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification — REQUIRED • Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted or considered • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data • Reliable transportation to the client's location • Strong communication and organizational skills • Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed • Willingness to provide in-person services Preferred • Previous ABA therapy experience • Two or more years of experience working with children • Interest in future hybrid or virtual ABA opportunities About Empower Behavior Solutions At Empower Behavior Solutions, we're more than a workplace.
