Arkansas Talent Group is partnering one of Arkansas most Prominent and Respectable CPA Firms to find a Tax Manager for their office in Fayetteville. The role is due to growth and expansion and will report directly to the Tax Partner and has a compelling career path to Partner. Duties would include: • Lead and manage client engagements related to tax planning, compliance, and consulting services for businesses • Provide proactive tax advice and guidance to clients, identifying opportunities for tax savings and minimizing tax liabilities • Prepare and review complex tax returns, including individual, corporate, partnership, and S-corporation returns • Research and analyze tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify planning opportunities • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on all tax-related matters • Mentor and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional development • Collaborate with other departments within the firm to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional service to clients Qualifications: • Bachelors in Accounting • CPA • Minimum of 7+ years of Tax experience in public accounting • Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations • Experience working with various size businesses across various industries preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members • Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to mentor and develop staff members • Ability to manage multiple client engagements and prioritize tasks effectively What the Client Offers: • Competitive compensation package, salary plus bonus opportunities • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and holidays • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage • 401(K) retirement plan with employer matching • Professional development and continuing education opportunities • Potential career advancement opportunities • Hybrid work flexibility available after one year Please directly apply or reach out to Jennifer Thompson on LinkedIn.
