About the Role We are looking for a senior Organizational Transformation & Change Management Consultant to help architect and accelerate a 5-year strategic transformation roadmap. The consultant will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive organizational mindset shifts, strengthen execution capabilities, and embed modern, agile ways of working across the organization. The role requires someone who can challenge existing ways of working, influence senior stakeholders, and lead complex organizational change. Key responsibilities • Translate the organization's 5-year strategic vision into a structured change management roadmap. • Design and deploy organizational change management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter. • Facilitate leadership workshops, coaching sessions, and stakeholder alignment discussions. • Identify cultural and behavioral bottlenecks and design interventions to drive innovation, accountability, and decision-making. • Identify long-term capability and skill gaps required to support the organization's strategic direction. • Recommend organizational design and structural changes where required. • Establish transformation KPIs, governance mechanisms, and dashboards to track adoption and progress. • Enable ownership of the transformation agenda to transition back to internal business leaders at the end of the engagement. Required Experience and Qualifications • 10–15+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate transformation, organizational change, or strategic change management. • Experience with leading consulting firms or strong tier-1 boutique advisory firms preferred. • Proven experience advising enterprise organizations through multi-year transformations, restructuring, or large-scale digital transformation. • Strong understanding of the Bengaluru corporate and talent ecosystem. • Experience working with senior leadership and influencing complex stakeholder groups.
