Overview Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Work requires the ability to stand for the majority of workday. Schedule floater Pay Range Up to USD $19.46/Hr. Responsibilities • Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures. • Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. • Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures. • Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager. Qualifications • MUST have Valid NY State Security Guard License. • Associate or higher degree in a fire/security related field.
