Qualifications & Requirements • 4+ years of mechanical troubleshooting, electrical diagnostics, or military technical experience (MOS/Rating in mechanical, electrical, or hull maintenance preferred). • Base understanding of mechanical equipment and system maintenance practices. • Strong interpersonal skills and professional conduct when representing the organization. • Self-motivated with the discipline to operate independently in high-demand environments.
