Responsibilities • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for individual patients • Provider will obtain detailed history from patients, perform physical examinations, and treat accordingly • Deliver high-quality Adult and Adolescent care in collaboration with the in-office physician Requirements & Skills • Board Certified • A Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program • Licensed to practice in the State of Indiana. • Previous experience in Occupational Medicine is a plus! • DOT Medical Certification preferred or be willing to obtain • Strong clinical background, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills • Must have excellent multi-tasking, organizational and computer skills Employment Details • Part Time or Full Time • Monday – Friday • Benefits Eligible (minimum 30 hours/week) • Paid malpractice • CME package offered • Sign on Bonus • Practice Website https://www.unityhc.com/practice/regional-occupational-care-center/ Unity Healthcare, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer
