Executive Director Senior Living Spring Oak Senior Living at Vineland | Vineland, NJ $110,000–$125,000 + Quarterly Performance Bonus Spring Oak Senior Living is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our assisted living community in Vineland, New Jersey. This is an opportunity to take the lead of a stable, well-performing community with an established team and strong foundation already in place. Spring Oak is a growing, family-owned senior living organization guided by our motto, “Welcome to the Family.” Our Executive Directors are trusted to lead their communities while receiving strong support from an experienced corporate team. \n The Role: The Executive Director has overall responsibility for the leadership and performance of the community, including: • Building a strong leadership team and fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance. • Driving financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, labor management, expense control, and revenue. • Leading occupancy and census growth in partnership with the sales team. • Overseeing community operations and maintaining high standards for resident experience, service, and safety. • Maintaining regulatory compliance and survey readiness. • Building strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners. Qualifications: • Current New Jersey Certified Assisted Living Administrator (CALA) certification or New Jersey Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required. • Proven leadership experience in assisted living or senior living, preferably as an Executive Director, Administrator, or comparable operational leader. • Demonstrated ability to build strong teams, create a positive culture, and establish accountability. • Strong financial and operational background, including P&L management, budgeting, labor management, and expense control. • Experience driving occupancy, census, and overall community performance. • Strong knowledge of New Jersey assisted living regulations and survey processes. • Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills. \n $110,000 - $125,000 a year • Base salary: $110,000–$125,000 • Quarterly performance bonus with annual earning potential of approximately 10%–15% of base salary • 401(k) with company match • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off • Great Place to Work Certified: March 2026–March 2027 \n If you are an experienced senior living leader who knows how to build a great team, create a strong culture, and drive results, we would like to hear from you.
