Spring Oak at Conway is seeking a dependable Housekeeper who takes pride in their work and enjoys making a difference in the lives of seniors. As a family-owned and operated company, we live by our motto, “Welcome to the Family.” We provide a supportive environment where residents and team members feel valued and respected. \n Responsibilities: • Clean and sanitize resident apartments, bathrooms, common areas, and recreational spaces according to housekeeping schedules. • Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, wash windows, and maintain clean surfaces throughout the community. • Coordinate with the Wellness team to complete cleaning while respecting residents’ care needs and daily routines. • Prepare apartments for new residents, including moving furniture as needed. • Wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident laundry, linens, and towels. • Remove trash and dispose of waste safely. • Use cleaning supplies and equipment properly and follow sanitation and safety procedures. • Respect residents’ privacy, belongings, and preferences, including knocking before entering apartments.
