Joining our team as a Manufacturing Technician I - Liquid - D Crew, you will commit to: • D Crew Shift Hours: 6 pm-6 am; every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. • Prioritizing safety while setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery, performing adjustments, and troubleshooting minor issues to maintain smooth operations. • Conducting rigorous quality control checks to uphold high standards. • Accurately logging production data, machine performance, and downtime for continuous improvement. • Packaging dry goods with precision and care. • Collaborating closely with teams to ensure seamless handoffs during shift change, and equipment repair. Requirements to join our team: • Reliability with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance. • Production or manufacturing experience (food processing, manufacturing, warehousing, construction, or farming experience a plus). • Ability to regularly lift 55 lbs and stand for extended periods during a 12hr shift in a semi-dusty environment. • High school diploma or equivalent or successful completion of a company administered basic skills assessment. • Must pass preemployment screens including background and drug screen.
