Job Title: Night Warehouse Supervisor Location: Des Moines Join Loffredo Fresh Foods as a Night Warehouse Supervisor based out of our Des Moines Headquarters. We are a local, family-owned food and produce distributor that has proudly served the Midwest region for over 130 years. We distribute to 11 different states across our 5 locations. Starting at 6 PM and going until the work is complete. This position will report up to the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for supervising a group of warehouse employees. Assigning tasks as necessary to ensure that work is complete and proper usage of available resources. This role will assist in shipping/receiving, loading and unloading of trucks, and checking-in merchandise. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse supervisory experience, collaborate effectively and professionally with the team, and will lead by example. Pay: $48,000 - $52,000 Dependent on Experience Schedule: • Days working: Sunday - Thursday (Rotating Friday) • Start Time: 6 PM What we look for: • High school diploma or GED preferred with 2-4 years of related experience • Previous Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience required • Previous warehouse supervisory experience preferred • Must be a self-directed individual with the ability to read and interpret company documents, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals • Must have the ability to perform basic math calculations • Obtain licensure to operate warehouse equipment within the first 30 days What you’ll do: • SAFETY FIRST.
