In this role, you will respond to online and phone inquiries, nurture sales leads, schedule dealership appointments, and create an exceptional customer experience from first contact through follow-up. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: [Add expected schedule, including weekend availability] Compensation: Competitive hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses and incentives [Add pay range] What You’ll Do • Respond to inbound inquiries from customers via phone, email, and online chat in a prompt and professional manner. • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide information about our products and services. • Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers to follow up on leads and schedule appointments for test drives and vehicle purchases. • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage leads, appointments, and follow-up activities. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to increase lead generation and conversion rates. • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and drive customer loyalty. • Stay informed about our inventory, promotions, and dealership events to effectively communicate information to customers. What We’re Looking For • Customer service or sales experience required; automotive dealership experience is preferred. • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone, email, and online chat. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software to manage leads and customer interactions. • High level of motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for customers.
