Job Summary The Store Replenishment Team Member ensures accurate and efficient replenishment of merchandise during non-operating hours, maintaining organized stockrooms and sales floors to support store operations. Essential Job Functions • Receive, unpack, inspect, organize, and process merchandise shipments. • Maintain an organized and accurate stockroom while ensuring products are properly labeled and stored. • Replenish merchandise on the sales floor based on inventory levels and customer demand. • Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, transfers, and shipment processing. • Support sales associates by locating merchandise and maintaining product availability. • Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining brand presentation standards. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom and back-of-house environment. • Provide excellent customer service when assisting customers on the sales floor. • Follow company policies and procedures related to loss prevention, safety, and inventory control. • Collaborate with store leadership and team members to meet operational and sales goals. • Must be available to work early morning starts (starting at 5:00 am), regular business hours, and overnight shifts based on business needs. Including weekends and holidays as needed. • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. • Must be able to report to work as early as required for shipment processing, inventory, replenishment, and store setup. Additional Qualifications • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently during overnight shifts. • Basic understanding of stock management systems is a plus. Education & Experience • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Prior experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations is a plus. Pay Range USD $18.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
