Also, assists with general maintenance of equipment, on-the-job training of personnel, and troubleshooting quality and mechanical problems. Hours: M-F, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM VALUES • Innovation • Commitment & Passion • Integrity • Team & Relationships DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Will check parts for physical defects. • Identify parts to print for correct identification. • Load and unload parts from CNC machines. • Route and finish parts to print. • Assist other team members with lifting and moving heavy parts on a continual basis throughout the day. • Expected to be wearing proper PPE throughout the day (Bump caps, steel toe shoes, safety glasses etc.). • Must have general computer knowledge. • Must follow specific work instructions of assembly requirements. • General cleaning of work area, including work surfaces, equipment, and floors. • Understands the QCDSM boards and participates in continuous improvement activities. ATTRIBUTES • Must have an understanding of operating complex machinery • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment • Must be quality focused • Must be able to rotate to other positions • Must be able to read prints • Able to take direction from multiple sources • Must be able to multi-task QUALIFICATIONS • GED/High school diploma preferred • Previous experience with CNC or machine operating • Takes ownership and pride in delivering a high-quality product • Intermediate computer knowledge The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity. Additionally, for eligible full-time employees, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits; paid time off and paid holidays; 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock ownership plan.
