Overview Operational Resilience Specialist Onsite | Chantilly, VA Active TS/SCI clearance with (CI or Full Scope) polygraph is required Summary Emergencies, disruptions, and unexpected events can halt operations—but not on your watch. As an Operational Resilience Specialist, you’ll ensure mission-critical functions keep running no matter what. This role provides senior-level continuity and emergency management support, leveraging deep knowledge of emergency management and established relationships to ensure uninterrupted mission continuity. You’ll support an Intelligence Community (IC) client in maintaining a highly complex business continuity environment and managing a unique emergency communications program. You’ll collaborate with SMEs, command centers, and external providers to develop and maintain a Casualty and Emergency Notification Program. You’ll ensure timely notifications, analyze real-time metrics, and implement sustainable improvements to enhance crisis response capabilities.
